Project Overview
The Ghana Tulwe World Development Programme is a massive US$4 billion initiative aimed at creating a modern, sustainable urban ecosystem in Ghana. The project includes the development of a Smart City, a Game Park, and a world-class international airport.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Transaction and Engineering Adviser
- Provided high-level strategic advice to Tulwe Development Company Ltd.
- Advised on engineering requirements and transaction structures for the multi-billion dollar programme.
- Supported the CEO in project conceptualization and development strategy.
Key Project Components
Smart City Development
- Planning and advisory for a modern Smart City infrastructure.
- Integration of sustainable technologies and urban planning best practices.
New International Airport
- Classification: ICAO Category 4F Airport.
- Investment: USD 2 billion (as part of the larger programme).
- Scope: Advisory on the design and development of a world-class aviation hub.
Game Park
- Integration of a Game Park within the development programme to promote tourism and conservation.
