Roles and Responsibilities
International Project Manager
- Business Development: Charged with marketing and expansion of Royal HaskoningDHV’s PCM department in Africa.
- Service Focus: Specialized in large-scale projects, turnkey construction management, institutional support, PPPs, and project finance services.
- Management: Oversaw ongoing projects in The Gambia, Cameroon, and Ethiopia.
Key Projects and Achievements
Transportation Infrastructure
- 200km Soma-Basse Road Project: Managed this major road infrastructure project in The Gambia.
- Banjul International Airport Improvement Project Phase II: Served as Engineering Consultants for Phase II and managed the review and closing of Phase I.
- 66km Gedo-Bako Road Project: Oversight of road construction in Ethiopia.
Social Housing & Urban Development
- Gabon Nkoltang Social Housing Project: Developed a US$497 million proposal for 5,000 social housing units and associated infrastructure. Managed the project from concept to acceptance.
Technical Assistance
- Provided Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Public Works in Cameroon.
